These Terms govern your use of RAVESLVT.com. The website is currently a pre-launch experience for Rave$lut and is not accepting purchases. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Site access and email signup

You may browse the site, join the pre-launch email list, and send us questions or privacy requests. You must provide accurate information and must not submit another person’s information without authorization. Joining the list is optional. You may unsubscribe at any time using the secure link in any marketing email.

Intellectual property

The site and its content—including the Rave$lut name, logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, design, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Rave$lut and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. No other license is granted.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site; interfere with its security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through automated means except as permitted by law; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive material; or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Third-party services and links

The site uses services provided by Shopify and may use analytics, advertising, and other services provided by Google, Meta, and additional providers. Links or integrations may lead to third-party services we do not control. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Pre-launch information

Product concepts, release dates, availability, features, images, and other pre-launch information may change without notice. Nothing on the current site is an offer to sell a product. Purchase, shipping, return, and refund terms will be provided when the store opens.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rave$lut and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Rave$lut harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Riverside County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above identifies the latest revision.
